Anna Elísabet Sigurðardóttir is an Icelandic violist who now lives in Copenhagen, Denmark, where she is studying with Professor Tim Frederiksen at the Royal Danish Academy of Music and preparing for her Master's degree.
Alongside her studies, Anna actively plays in orchestras and chamber music ensembles. She is a member of the Elja Chamber Ensemble, an Icelandic collective dedicated to innovative programming and performance, which was nominated for Best Live Performance at the Iceland Music Awards in 2019. Anna is also a substitute violist with the Iceland Symphony Orchestra and performs with them regularly.
